1. Information for the User

Vester Business, S.L., hereinafter the OWNER, is the Controller of the User's personal data and informs the User that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. The following information about the processing is provided:

Purpose of the processing: to maintain a commercial relationship with the User. The processing covers the following operations:

• Sending commercial and promotional communications by email, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be sent by the OWNER and will relate to its own products and services, or to those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has a promotional agreement. Third parties will never have access to personal data in this context.
• Carrying out statistical studies.
• Processing orders, requests, or any type of enquiry submitted by the User through the contact methods made available.

Data retention criteria: data will be retained for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing. Once no longer necessary for that purpose, the data will be deleted using security measures appropriate to ensure their anonymisation or complete destruction.

Disclosure of data: data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.

Rights available to the User:

• The right to withdraw consent at any time.
• The right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of their data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
• The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (agpd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with applicable law.

2. Mandatory or Optional Nature of the Information Provided by the User

By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data into the contact or download forms, Users expressly, freely and unambiguously accept that their data will be processed as described in this Privacy Policy. The User warrants that the personal data provided to the OWNER are accurate and undertakes to notify the OWNER of any changes to that data.

The OWNER expressly informs and assures Users that their personal data will never be transferred to third parties and that, should any such transfer become necessary, the OWNER will first obtain the User's express, informed and unambiguous consent. Only the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on each form are mandatory, as they are necessary to handle the relevant request; all other fields are optional. If the mandatory fields are not provided, the OWNER will not be able to process the User's request.

3. Security Measures

In accordance with applicable data protection law, the OWNER complies with all GDPR requirements applicable to the personal data it processes and, in particular, with the principles set out in Article 5 GDPR, under which data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

The OWNER warrants that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to comply with the security requirements of the GDPR, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Users, who have been given the information needed to exercise those rights.
